Swiss Bean to Bar
For our chocolate bars "Swiss Bean to Bar" we process raw cocoa by hand along the entire process chain as well as in our own manufactory - all the way to the ready-to-enjoy bar (see HERE). We can thus achieve the greatest possible impact on the final product. For our bars, we buy raw cocoa from carefully selected cultivation areas. With passion our cocoas are then painstakingly roasted, crushed and winnowed in our chocolaterie. The cocoa beans are then refined in our own stone-melangeurs, with passion and purity.
 
 
The result are incomparable and independent chocolates bars, which clearly differ from those of our competitors. Our "Swiss Bean to Bar" chocolate carry the signature of our own work. All our chocolate bars are not produced from purchased chocolate, but are evidence of careful production processes in our own chocolate factory.
 
 
 
Felchlin cocoa products
 
For all other REHMANN products, we exclusively process cocoa products from the Swiss company Max Felchlin AG in Schwyz.
 
 
Origin and cultivation conditions of cocoa have become sensitive issues in recent years. Just like any modern, demanding consumer: we strictly reject exploitation of man and nature.
 
 
REHMANN wants to ensure that cocoas getting into our warehouse are of the highest quality and are grown, harvested and traded under fair conditions. Thanks to business relations to reliable partners in the cocoa trade as well as Max Felchlin AG these requirements are met. For this, we accept prices that are well above the international level.
