General conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Rehmann Schokolade GmbH apply to our services in Switzerland. Unfortunately, we currently can not provide services outside Switzerland.

We do everything we can to deliver quality products to our chocolate enthusiasts. First priority is the satisfaction of our customers. Our goal is to provide you with impeccable service.
If you are dissatisfied with your order or the products you received, please inform us immediately, but at the latest 24 hours after receipt of the delivery. Together we will find a solution.
Do you have a special request? Talk to us about your ideas.

We strive to provide you with correct product information (eg ingredients lists, allergy information, shelf life, etc.).
We recommend the recipients of our chocolate creations to read the information on the packaging or in the webshop before consumption or purchase.
We manufacture all the products offered on this website ourselves. For reasons of manufacturing capacity, there may be limitations on availability for individual products.
If your object of desire is not available at the time of delivery, it will be delivered as soon as possible and then invoiced.

The contractual relationship comes in action by your order and the electronic acceptance of this order by us. You can add or cancel your order until it has been dispatched.
All orders are confirmed by us with an automatic invoice by email. Your credit or post card is charged at the time of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend orders if the creditworthiness of a customer is questionable, invoices remain unpaid, or fraudulent intentions are suspected.

We will send you your order within 48 hours at latest. If you order before 11.00 am you usually receive your order on the following day.
Climate-constrained supply restrictions are often unavoidable during summer months. Please take note that from outdoor temperatures above 25 ° C orders cannot be shipped. Your order will be executed as soon as possible. However, the focus is on impeccable quality.
Please ensure that your chocolates do not stay in the mailbox too long as they could suffer from outside temperatures. Please also note that after delivery, you are responsible for correct storage.

A right of revocation as under EU law is not compulsory in Switzerland and is not offered by us. We do everything possible to present our products as objectively as possible with pictures and texts.

The prices listed at the time of ordering by the customer are binding. VAT is included in all prices.
The delivery costs vary according to the purchase value and are not included in the price of our chocolates. Shipping costs start from CHF 1.90 to CHF 8.00. For orders exceeding CHF 80.00 the shipping costs are included.
