Pesto NERO combines the aroma of cocoa with the Italian notes of the finest olive oils and balsamicos. Pesto NERO also combines black olives of the best quality and dried tomatoes with cocoa in various processing stages.

Pesto NERO serve as an aperitif with crostini, to pasta, to green asparagus, or in autumn to venison - and on many other unusual occasions. Try new combinations yourself.

COOKING TIPS

Pasta - dilute NERO with additional red wine and / or olive oil. If you like it hot, NERO rounds off with chili. Serve NERO slightly tempered directly over the pasta.

Venison - Roast venison can be combined with NERO. Dilute NERO with fresh grape or apple juice if you like it slightly sweet. Otherwise use red wine. Serve NERO tempered on or beside the roasted meat.

Crostinis - NERO is deliberately created as a spread. Cut a baguette into thin slices and toast them in the oven. Spread NERO with a knife on the crostini and garnish according to your ideas.

Green asparagus - NERO can be combined with green asparagus. Dilute NERO with a little red wine and olive oil and then drip NERO over the asparagus.
