Description - In Cuba only small relatively small amounts of Fine Flavor Cocoa (FCC) are grown. We have decided for this cocoa because the processed raw material from Baracoa surprises the consumers with a wealth of amazing notes. Our chocolate from Cuba is poor in acidity and rich in tones. Traces of leather, tobacco or black tea are a pleasure for chocolate lovers.
