Topography - In Baracoa we find just the perfect condition for growing cocoa. At the easternmost tip of the Cuban island is the most fertile and precipitous area of the Caribbean island. With an annual rainfall of up to 2000mm, rain and water in and around Baracoa are a safe value.

 

 

Description -  In Cuba only small relatively small amounts of Fine Flavor Cocoa (FCC) are grown. We have decided for this cocoa because the processed raw material from Baracoa surprises the consumers with a wealth of amazing notes. Our chocolate from Cuba is poor in acidity and rich in tones. Traces of leather, tobacco or black tea are a pleasure for chocolate lovers.
