Topography - The area around Mbeya north of Lake Malawi enjoys a subtropical highland climate. The mountainous area rises with the Mount Rungwe to almost 3,000 meters above sea level and is surrounded by a dozen dormant volcanoes.

 

 

Description - Our product made with raw cocoa from Tanzania impresses with extremely subtle notes. We would hope that this cocoa is taken handled more carefully before shipment. A small stone collection has found the way to us in Switzerland ... The tendentially small beans have given us a lot of work. We still enjoy this cocoa.

 

Character - very delicate cocoa, flowery, spicy, fine fruit notes
