Description - Our milk chocolate is a blend of the two cocoa beans from Cuba and from Ghana. West African forastero cocoa, like from Ghana, is known for its distinctive chocolate character. Through the blend with the low-acid Baracoa cocoa from Cuba, intensive earthy flavors are integrated into the milk chocolate, which ensure an exciting and nuanced "Milchschoggi" (Swiss German) experience. Our AFRO CARIB is therefore much more than just another milk chocolate.
Character - Intensely chocolate with a subtle milk note.
